We also offer a Computer Maintenance Plan. For a small monthly fee, we will clean and maintain your components, install software upgrades and provide one free call-out per month.

Standard Per-Incident Charge
This charge applies to all home and business PC support and maintenance that is a single incident without a contract. Includes on-site problem diagnosis and resolution of all desktop, laptop, workstation, server, network and peripheral hardware, software installation, configuration, upgrades, virus removal, computer cleaning, web site maintenance.

The Block of Time
The Block Of Time can be used for most of the services provided by Wayne Michel (Computers)*. It covers everything from planning and installation, to on-going support and Internet site maintenance. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional computer services, no matter what you might need.

Advantages
Unlike typical support contracts, the Block Of Time can be applied toward a wide variety of services over an unspecified period of time. There is no "use by date", nor are there any terms that limit its use to certain types of services or products. Most of the services provided by us can be billed against the Block Of Time. If more time is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block Of Time can be purchased at the same discounted rate.
Time is accurately tracked for each use of the Block Of Time, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time used, and the time remaining under the current contract.
Cost
A Block Of Time is sold in 10-hour increments. This can be up to 25% less than our "per incident" charge. One Block Of Time Costs $400. Hours bought on the Block Of Time plan can also be used to cover URGENT (4-hour response time) or mission-critical EMERGENCY (2-hour response time) support calls, along with Standard non-critical calls. Hours will be deducted from the Block Of Time in relation to the response-time requested: Urgent responses are billed at time-and-a-half rates; Emergency responses are billed at double-time. Customers are not charged at the higher rate if the response-time is quicker than requested.

Computer Maintenance Plan
What does a Maintenance Plan include:
- One visit every month to check the computer system, clean and maintain the Computer and accessories.
- Check of all software for updates, bug fixes, etc.
- Forward planning of maintenance visits to prevent time conflicts with what you or your staff is doing.
- Advance reminders of maintenance visits.
- One Free URGENT call out per month with response time within 4 hours during business hours (non accumulative). If our Technician is unable to repair on-site within 1 hour, the machine is returned to our workshop for repair. You then pay normal rates for hours worked.
- Free pick up and return of equipment.
One single call to us is all it needs to ensure prompt service.
Maintenance Contracts are available costing less than $17 per PC per month. The more computers, the cheaper it is.
